Weekly Prices
The price includes:
Use of the residence for one week, including bed linen and bath linen (changed weekly), routine end-of-stay cleaning, VAT, hot and cold water, domestic gas, electricity, reserved parking, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a large covered veranda and a private garden (not fenced) with armchairs, deck chairs, and an umbrella. There is no dishwasher, and the washing machine is shared with other guests.
Free use of the Cala Silente Residence pool (parking not available).
* The period from 31/10 to 31/03 entails a 15% increase on the list price due to the use of heating.
PETS ALLOWED
Pets are allowed only upon prior request and at a fixed cost of €50,00.

** Half Board & Full Board
Half board or full board service is available for Corti Resorts guests (Residences and Villas) at the Albatros Restaurant (car park not available). .
For half-board accommodation, guests can choose between breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. Payment for half-board or full-board services is to be made at reception. Any extras (not included in the lunch or dinner packages) must be paid for directly at the restaurant.
BREAKFAST
An Italian-style breakfast is served from 8.30am to 10.30am.
PRANZO
Lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00 and includes two courses from the Albatros Menu (starter, first course, main course), 1/2 bottle of mineral water, and 1/4 liter of wine per person.
CENA
Dinner is served from 18:00 to 22:00 and includes the same provisions as lunch.
*** Beach Service
Guests of Corti Resorts can take advantage of special rates for sunbed and parasol hire at the Albatros beach club (Morcone beach).
Hiring one or more sunbeds entitles you to use the services of the Albatros beach club. Hiring two sunbeds entitles you to free use of a parasol.
The special rates apply to sun loungers and parasols in the fourth and fifth rows. Requests for sun loungers and parasols in the first three rows will be charged at the Albatros beach club's standard rates.
