1. Lease Agreement
The rental agreements offered on this website are drawn up and signed by the owner of the property rented for that period and are at the owner's expense. The rental agreement is between the owner and the tenant for the duration of the agreed holiday period. The handover of the house and collection of the agreed sum is carried out by the owner of the property. Any complaints arising from the rental shall be directed to the owner.
2. Booking holiday accommodation
Reservations can be made by telephone or email. Once the property is available, the prospective tenant will receive a booking confirmation together with the information necessary to complete the process (information about the rented property, rental period, bank details for payment, etc.). This confirmation represents an offer by the owner for the requested rental. To finalize the reservation, the tenant must return the following by fax, email, or mail within 7 days:
>> the accepted offer
>> the receipt for payment of the deposit, equal to a variable percentage of 30% of the amount due according to the contract.
If the signed offer is not sent for acceptance or the deposit is not paid, the agreement will not be considered concluded. The balance of the amount due must be paid to the owner on site and at the time of key delivery.
As a rule, you can pay the balance due in cash, and you are therefore required to have the necessary amount available to pay the balance.
3. Cancellation policy
If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation made, cancellation is permitted in writing in the following forms: fax, email, or mail.
As a result of the cancellation, the following charges become immediately payable:
>> Cancellation within 45 days of the start of the rental period: 33% of the total
>> Cancellation between 44 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount

Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the total amount
>>
Cancellation between 14 days and the start of the rental period: 100% of the total amount
The cancellation of the reservation will be valid on the date of receipt of the cancellation by the owner.
These costs are to be paid immediately upon cancellation to the owner's account.
4. Check-in / Check-out
The scheduled time for the tenant's arrival and apartment handover is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Upon departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9:00 a.m..
5. Travel
The cost of travel is borne by the tenant. From mid-June to mid-September, especially if arrival is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday, it is advisable to book the ferry well in advance, either through travel agencies or online on our website.
6. Security deposit
Upon receipt of the keys, the tenant must leave the property a deposit of €100.00 for flats and €300.00 for villas, as security for any damage caused by the tenant to the rented property. 7. Pets
For pet owners, there is a supplement of €50.00 per week, in addition to the rent for the flat.
8. Serious Cause
If the rental property is unavailable for unforeseeable reasons, particularly serious causes (violence, natural disasters, etc.), the tenant will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. Any further complaints should be addressed directly to the owner.
