Located in the municipality of Capoliveri in the southern part of Elba Island, it enjoys full exposure throughout the day: from the morning sunrises to the splendid fiery sunsets over the sea or behind the barren slopes of Monte Capanne. On the sea, on the horizon, you can see the mountain range of Corsica, while closer by are the coasts of the island of Pianosa and the rugged and wild coasts of the island of Montecristo. Immediately below the complex is the evocative view of the Gemini islands.

The complex's two- and three-room flats are located on three different terraces sloping down towards the beach. They are surrounded by a pine forest and all enjoy sea views. Furnished in a simple and functional style, they all have large shared terraces overlooking the sea, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ.

The latest addition in recent years is a pool with a hydromassage area and children's area, available to all guests staying at Corti Resorts residences.

Via a narrow 230-metre path or a 400-metre road, you can reach Pareti Beach, one of the most beautiful on the Island of Elba: composed of sand and pebbles, it is characterised by a crystal clear green-blue sea, and thanks to its position, it remains sheltered from the most dominant winds.

Three kilometres away, in the picturesque village of Capoliveri, perched on top of a hill overlooking the sea on three sides, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and numerous traditional shops.
